(1996-Current) - Remanufactured
Volvo Penta, (1996-current) Vortec 5.7L remanufactured marine engine (one piece rear main seal, roller cam and roller lifters). This motor has been professionally remanufactured to meet or exceed GM OEM marine engine stock specifications. This Vortec 5.7L marine engine puts out 40-50 more horsepower than pre-Vortec engines. A 5.7L Vortec is rated at 295-330 hp at the crank (depending on 2 or 4 barrel intake, carb or EFI, exhaust manifolds, etc.). This 5.7L engine will work in all pre-1996 5.7L (350 ci) applications with some modifications.

- 5.7L GM marine engine (standard rotation)
- Corrosion resistant red urethane paint
- Vortec cylinder heads, engine block and all internal components
- Roller cam and roller lifters
- Fel-Pro marine head gaskets
- Harmonic balancer, timing cover circulation pump, and 5-quart marine oil pan are included
- One-Year Limited Warranty

Engines can be picked up at local shipping terminals or dropped off at your location. **Engines are packed in specially designed crates made for that engine**
All oil & lubricating fluids are drained before they are sent out (this is required by our freight carriers). All engines & parts are packed by our shipping department. Engines are then inspected by our shipping manager before they are loaded onto a freight carrier.
