For sale is an MSD Ignition #8738 Soft Touch Rev Control Device/ Rev Limiter. This item appears to be in unused condition and is in its original box. The box it was packaged in appears to have been through some wear over the years, but this has not affected the limiter, or any other items contained. Included with the device are 4 mounting screws, 6000-8000 RPM plug in modules, and installation instructions. 

• This rev control/limiter is designed exclusively for the MSD 6T, 6TN and 6-HVC Ignition Controls (which are designed specifically for 4–8-cylinder engines with inductive ignition systems seen in American car companies such as Chrysler, Ford, and GM). It has a special 4-wire connector that plugs into the MSD Ignitions that they can only be used on the MSD ignition boxes noted earlier.
• Device is designed to provide a smooth rev limiting action that maintains the engine at approximately the selected rpm limit without backfires, extreme roughness or engine damage
