I can only give you the information that was provided to me about having the battery in our possession. 

Was selected for a project in which an assortment of packs were to be used. Designs were created and materials were ordered but the project was shut down. The 6 packs I have were sitting in a climate controlled storage area for about a year and have not been opened previous to me ensuring they are all in working order.

I do not know what year Model 3/S this is compatible with. If you are interested in use for your Tesla vehicle, please feel free to message me and I will help confirm its combability
