Good used condition, working. (See video to see LED bootup sequence). The unit is complete with the charging interface, the charger, built-in AC cord, and charging cord. The charger is 11 inches by 4 ½ inches and features holes for wall mounting and a web strap for mounting on a pole. The cable with the charging head is 15 ft. long. The AC cable to the wall is 22 inches.

The charging connector is worn, with dings and scratches from use, but is solid, with no cracks. The charging conector latch mechanism is working. Following are the specs according to the label on the back of the unit:
