New factory GM part, OEM part, new old stock, NOS, and not a cheap aftermarket part.  This is the heater blower climate control panel with switches, dials, and control knobs. Your panel must look exactly like the photos in order to work, as GM had several variations of these panels depending on the factory options. In general these were found on the 1999 2000 2001 2002 Chevy and GMC pickup truck, Silverado and Sierra, and the 2000 to 2002 Suburban, Tahoe, and Yukon.
