Remanufactured GM base marine engine (standard rotation) made for 1991-2013 marine engine applications.
The engine includes block, 7.4L rectangular port cylinder heads, forged steel crankshaft, domed pistons, high-performance camshaft, 8-quart marine oil pan, circulation pump, harmonic balancer, roller cam & roller lifters, corrosion-resistant black urethane paint, spark plugs, and all internal parts.
One-piece rear main seal (also known as a full rear main seal).
No provision for the mechanical fuel pump. An electric fuel pump is required.
Flywheel not included.
Direct replacement for 1991 thru 2011 7.4L engines. MerCruiser, OMC, Volvo Penta, Indmar, Marine Power, etc.
Rated at 335 hp @ 5200 RPM / 447 LB-FT @ 4000 RPM (actual power levels may vary depending on OEM calibration and application)
Will work in pre-1990 7.4L (454 ci) applications (electric fuel pump and updated flywheel required).
