HARD TAIL

DOES NOT require removing your engine! This hardtail bolts on to your bike on the bottom through the rear engine/transmission mounts to help align it, and welds onto the top AND the bottom via a set of curved gussets that fit your frame and it also welds together behind the battery box. VERY STRONG. Cheaply made Chinese hardtail kits you see elsewhere bolt only to your transmission on the bottom and only weld on the top. You have the welder fired up to weld the top, why not weld the bottom too! You can with our kit! CNC cut gussets come with the hardtail section that flow with the curve of your frame for a perfect fit and easy weld. This is MUCH stronger than just bolting it! The lines are perfect on this hardtail, with the top tubes flowing at the perfect angle to compliment the rest of the bike. These are made IN HOUSE by us! The frames are made from 1 1/4" D.O.M. Tubing. The frame stretches the wheel base approximately 2 1/2" and will fit up to a 200 tire! . Approximately 4" of ground clearance depending on what tire you use. We can supply you with an axle for this application!

There are a lot of kits out there that look similar to ours, BUT THEY ARE NOT!

Our kits are made IN HOUSE by us, not sourced from China. You are getting a 100% American Made Product from us!

Our frames are 100% TIG welded, the cheap China ones are MIG welded.

We build a battery box that covers your swingarm pivot and where you cut your frame that we highly suggest to go along with this frame to finish it out nicely. Your going to need a battery box anyway, why not get one that fits and looks great doing it! (not included, sold seperately)

We also offer an installation service. If you send us your frame, we will clamp it in our jig and build your hardtail right on your frame! We will also install any other parts you order from us FOR FREE if we are installing your hardtail!
