NOS VINTAGE  Part Number 997711 GM CADILLAC OEM FLEETWOOD SPLASH GUARDS BROUGHAM. One left and one right mud flap-may be installed either on front or back. Package is original GM parts...package is vintage and does have some dirt and scratches due to age. As far as I can tell without opening package mud flaps are without any scratches, but if concerned I will open them on request. Otherwise mud flaps are sold as is. Never been opened.
