Kit includes:
2- 5mm spacers, and 10 extended length chrome bolts
RaceMax wheel spacers are designed to be vehicle model specific. These are not
universal wheel spacers. To assure proper wheel balance the center bore of each
unit is machines to fit exactly over your BMW's axle hub. All spacers
12mm or thicker are machined with a raised center bore on the wheel side which
fits into the center bore of your wheel. This Hub-centric design is a must for
proper wheel balance and fitment. All kits include the required extended length
bolts along with an extended length rotor locator bolt. This exclusive RaceMax
feature will locate, and hold the spacer in position when removing wheels and
tires.
Construction:
Racemax is an Italian based manufacturer which specializes
exclusively in the production of high performance wheel spacer and wheel
adapter drive systems.Most wheel spacers on the market that is engineered for
light to moderate street performance applications are machined from standard
aluminum bar stock. Production of a Racemax “Forge Drive” wheel spacer begins
with a select piece of forged 6063-T6 aluminum. The drop forging process
increases the materials molecular density for added strength, higher
durability, and lighter weight. After careful inspection, the rough formed
blanks are C.N.C. machined to within .0005” tolerance of their final fitment.
Each component is then heat treated for stress relief, and anodized for
superior corrosion protection.
