We accept all forms of payment. Postage is FREE (unless stated) and fully trackable via our couriers. Postage within Europe and rest of the World varies between each item, eBay will automatically calculate this for you.
Any deliveries which fail to be delivered (no one being available to sign for item) through no fault of the courier or seller will incur return charges, these are billed to us and WILL be passed on.
Pallet Deliveries
Please make sure someone is available to sign for the goods as a failed delivery will either mean you will have to pick up the item yourself or you will incur £25.
Before Signing
This is important because the couriers waiver liability once the item has been signed for.
If the driver will not let you examine the item or remove the packaging please sign for the item as DAMAGED beside your signature. Please follow these instructions to ensure we can get you

For items damaged in transit notification must be made through our store within 24 hours and images supplied of packaging and part to enable claims to be processed.
If you change your mind we offer a 30 day returns policy. Just advise us within 7 days of receipt and return within 21 days for a full refund. Buyer must pay the return postage.
