SHIPPING

We normally ship within one business day of  payment. Items shipped UPS Ground cannot go to APO/FPO or Post Office Boxes.  We ship heavy and oversized items via LTL Carriers to your location, with the best rates for delivery to a business address that can unload a freight truck. Residential shipping addresses or those addresses requiring lift gate service will result in additional shipping charges. We don't ship to Alaska or Hawaii.  Please contact us with any questions you might have or for a freight quote before you buy.

RETURNS

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions of the items we offer and we're always happy to answer your questions before you buy. Many of the items we sell are used parts and are sold "as-is". We only accept returns in limited situations where items are defective upon receipt. Please do not attempt to return any item before contacting us for details and instructions. Buyer pays return freight. A restocking fee may be charged in some cases.
