One Piece of Turbocharger
Features:
1. Built to strict quality control standards 100% factory tested
2. OEM quality and size, almost no need to modify
3. The turbine housing is made of cast iron and can withstand temperatures up to 700 degrees Celsius or more
4. Cast aluminum blades have good air tightness and corrosion resistance
5. The steel turbine impeller made of special K418 alloy can achieve high oxidation resistance and stability at high temperatures up to 900 degrees Celsius
6. Durable: Water-cooled/oil-cooled structure extends turbine service life
7. 100% BALANCING TEST:This Turbocharger you will receive has been balanced using the VSR machine technology.
Attention:
We highly recommend you make sure the points below before installing:
1.Replace the air filter: if the if the air filter is not replaced may cause the compressor wheel damage.
2.Replace the engine oil: Because floating bearing and turbocharger will be damaged by impurities in the old oil.
3.After large overhaul, the engine cannot be replaced with a new turbocharger because there are too much impurities in oil after overhauling which will damage the replacement turbocharger immediately. Please run the old turbocharger for 7-10 days and then replace to new turbocharger and new engine oil.
Note:
Regarding the Accidental Oil Leakage of The Turbocharger and The Treatment Method
Phenomenon 1: The oil consumption is large, but the exhaust smoke is normal and the power is not reduced.
Approach:
1. First, check whether the external oil pipes of the engine lubrication system (including the inlet and return pipes of the turbocharger)
are leaking.
2. Check the exhaust outlet of the turbocharger for organic oil. If there is organic oil, it can be determined that the seal ring at one end of the
turbine is damaged, and the seal ring should be replaced.
Phenomenon 2: The oil consumption is large, the exhaust gas emits blue smoke, but the power does not decrease.
Approach:
1.Open the air outlet of the compressor or the straight pipe (rubber hose) of the engine's air intake, and check whether the oil is adhered to
the nozzle and pipe wall. If yes, please check if the turbocharger return pipe is unblocked. If it is not unblocked, it is caused by excessive oil accumulation at the intermediate support. The oil return pipe should be dredged and reinstalled.
2.If it is unblocked, it is caused by damage to the seal ring or oil sling ring at one end of the impeller, and the turbocharger should be disassembled for repair.
Phenomenon 3: High oil consumption, blue or black smoke from exhaust, and power drop.
Approach:
1. Check whether there is inorganic oil in the wall of the air inlet straight hose, whether it is squashed, and the air flow is blocked or the
air filter element is blocked.
2. If the nozzle and pipe wall have organic oil, the air filter element should be cleaned or replaced.
