1977 Cessna 172 Skyhawk Pilot's Operating Handbook 172N D1082-13 Printed 4/77 per the title page.  This sound factory POH is in rather good, hardly used condition.  The front cover is mostly very nice and clean and shiny and unabused with just a little wear and a touch of soil.  The rear cover, however, is more soiled and there is a very respectable bend and crease that has also involved the last 7 pages.  Obviously, this manual had once been carelessly shoved into a bookcase or kitbag.  The cover remains well attached by lightly rusted staples.  There is an old price written at the top left corner of the inside front cover.  There is patina throughout as you might expect of a manual of this vintage.  That is it.  The book is otherwise rather pristine inside with no other writing or markings, no highlighting, no torn or loose or missing pages.  The corners are a mostly sharp, and the book still lays pretty flat.  See the photos.  In spite of the bash on the back, this handbook is still pretty nice and sound, and not hardly marked up inside at all.  It's not bad at all, especially considering that this book is over 47 years old.  Always check for revisions, supplements, and updates with vintage manuals.

If your old '77 Skyhawk book looks like crap, buy this one.

The book will be securely packaged and properly labelled.  It will be placed in a plastic sleeve to help protect it from moisture, and then placed in a rigid envelope stamped with "Do Not Bend" to help protect it from the USPS.
