Never installed Trailer Hitch Draw-Tite 76419.  Mounting hardware included.  Hitch may have cosmetic defects from shipping / storage. Hitch will ship wrapped in plastic.  All items ship within 3 business days (Monday - Friday) of receiving cleared payment.
