This was manufactured by AVIATION INSTRUMENT CORP. There is also a S-TEC sticker on it with part# 6406-28L. Feel free to message me and I can try my best to answer your questions.

This is used and worked as designed when removed from aircraft when new upgrades was installed. It is only the unit as pictured.
