This is a water pump gasket, found between the block and the water pump.

These were long ago discontinued by Isuzu after Isuzu ceasing passenger vehicle sales in North America. Beck/Arnley ran out of this gasket and has discontinued it. We searched out nearly every new, unsold gasket in North America, and stockpiled them.
