Core return policy description
- We require the source vehicle's VIN & Mileage for all Engines, Transmissions & Transfer Cases. To avoid order processing delays, please provide this info in your order notes.
- All Freight items (engines, transmissions, etc) including a core charge must be shipped to addresses having a loading dock and/or forklift. A $150 unloading fee may be assessed upon delivery at the carrier's discretion if your address does not meet this requirement.
- Cores must be returned within 30 days of the order being received.
- Please contact us to initiate the core return and we will provide a BOL and return details promptly.
- If you do not wish to return the Core, note that you will be responsible for the cost of the Core Charge.
- Core Return Shipping is free for almost all items. We will do our best to make note of any listings with exceptions. Please send us a message to confirm for a given listing.
