The CG Motorsport Dual Friction performance clutch kit is designed for powerful, tuned performance cars. With one side of the clutch plate in an organic racing material and the other side in paddle.

This kit allows for a 40% - 45% increase in standard power. While still giving a near standard drive feel. We believe this is the only kit out there like it on the UK market. It is perfect for tuned cars without the total race feel of a paddle clutch kit.

Comes with our unique grooved and curved slotted design, allowing a vast reduction in surface heat and distributes an extra 7-8% load to the drive plate.

 

The clutch kit supplied maybe 4,5 or 6 paddles depending on the size of clutch kit or your order requirements.

 

 

Additional information

 

A 500-mile break in is required with this clutch.

 

If your vehicle uses a mechanical release bearing, this will be included in the kit. Concentric Slave Cylinders are not included.

How soon can I expect to receive my order?

At CG Motorsport we deliver all of your hand-built clutch solutions with care.

All of our orders are dispatched within 48 hours of ordering. Orders to UK mainland incur a small flat rate charge of £11.75. Orders to Scottish Highlands, offshore islands and other off-shore territories will incur an additional charge. For overseas orders, please contact us for a price before ordering.

For orders to the UK mainland, the courier used is Interlink. For international deliveries, we use FedEx.

Weekend Deliveries

We are able to offer Saturday deliveries, however due to delivery location and timescale of available items, please contact us prior to ordering for a quote.

Weekends & Bank Holidays

Enquiries and orders can be placed over the weekend, however dispatch will not be available until the earliest working day.

Our couriers do not work on UK bank holidays, so please allow extra time for deliveries around national holidays.

Order Tracking

You can track your order during delivery from the Interlink website. Once the item has been dispatched, a tracking number will be available for the day of delivery. On the day of delivery an hour window will be available so you know exactly when to expect your order.

Out of Stock Orders

As a rule of thumb, we always ensure that all parts to produce a full kit are kept in stock at all times. This means we are able to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) to yourself.

What if I am not at home?

Deliveries will require a signature to confirm receipt of the item.

Should you miss delivery the courier will leave a card detailing the redelivery or collection options for your local area.

Delivery to Work

You can have your order delivered to a work address or fitting station subject to reasonable distance.

If your working hours are subject to change or your office closes before 6PM we advise that you upgrade your delivery timescale option.

Late Deliveries

CG Motorsport is not responsible for any additional costs as a result of extended delivery times, unless prior consent is given in writing by a member of CG Motorsport staff. If you are taking your car to a third party garage, we always advise to never pre-book your vehicle in for items to be fitted prior to them arriving.

Preferred method of payment is paypal.

General Returns Policy

Goods which are not made to order can be returned to our premises for a refund. We need to be informed of the request to return the goods, in writing within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. If goods are not returned to us in the same condition as sent out, the returned items maybe subject to a charge at CG Motorsports discretion. This charge will reflect any damage or repair needed to the item and could be set at an amount upto and including the full original cost of the item.

Hand built or made to order items (bespoke and full clutch kits) cannot be returned for a refund, if certain items have been ordered incorrectly such as drive plates, these can be exchanged.

We can not refund the shipment cost of the original order and will not cover the cost of returning the goods to our premises for correctly supplied parts. Please ensure that when the item is returned that it is securely packaged, if the item is returned damaged to us due to incorrect packaging we will not be able to refund you.

If you wish to return any goods to ourselves, please email or call us prior to sending back the goods with your particular returns reason. Once we have been notfied, if approved we will be able to supply you with a returns goods number which will need to be included in written form with the returned order.

Late or Lost Delivery?

If our courier delivers late please let us know. We monitor the performance of our chosen delivery partner and if they don't meet our standards then we want to know so that we can switch to another provider.

If your order does not arrive withing the specified time, please contact us and we will follow up the delivery on your behalf.

Wrong Part Delivered?

If we deliver the wrong part then we will pay the collection charge for the wrong parts.

Most internet mail order companies insist on you paying to send goods back, but we believe this is wrong. If we sent out the wrong parts then we will pay to collect the wrong ones and get the right parts out to you at no extra cost to yourself.

We will send out an Interlink Courier driver to collect the item, if you decide to arrange your own courier we cannot pay them.

Damaged in Transit?

If your CG Motorsport parts are damaged in transit please do not accept delivery of the goods. Once the items are back at our premises, we will be able to inspect the items and replace your order at no extra cost.

If you do sign for the goods and realize that the order is damaged or has missing parts, please contact us for further assistance.

Wrong Parts Ordered?

If you have ordered the wrong parts then we want to get the right parts out to you as soon as possible.

The first thing we'd like to say is that if you are unsure about if a part is the right one for your car then please contact us first.

If the goods have been made to order, we will not be able to accept a full return and refund. If you require certain parts being exchanged, please contact us for further assitance.

Incorrectly Fitted Goods

We always advise that the clutch and flywheel on your car is changed by a proffesional clutch expert. Unfortunately we are unable to approve goods which have become defective due to incorrect fitment, all returned goods will be tested for incorrect fitment.

We are available for full technical support at all times so if you have any questions please contact us before beginning to fit your new parts.

All incorrectly fitted goods will be void of the warranty and no exchange can be given.
