New (with one hour of TEST use on it) and comes with the open box and original packaging material. I purchased it in September 2024 for use with a small dingy. I found that i really did not use the dingy and decided to sell it. Motor is currently under Tohatsu 5 yr warranty and the remainder of 5yrs has to be transferred (buyer responsibility).

Motor comes with a stand and gas tank for those buyers that arrange for FREE local pick up. It can be shipped in its box, but will have to be drained of its oil and will NOT include the tank and stand.

FREE LOCAL PICK-UP IS PREFERRED

Item will weigh around 80-85 lbs and is 46x25x17. Can be shipped by UPS Ground. Paid by Buyer in advance.
