1978 Cessna 172 Skyhawk Pilot's Operating Handbook 172N D1109-1-13 Printed 1/78 per the title page. This sound factory original POH is in very good, lightly used condition. The cover is mostly clean and nice and shiny and unabused, however, there is a bit of wear with small scratches and impressions, and a touch of soil and some small faint spots. The rear cover also shows that it had once been bent or lightly creased vertically at one time. The cover remains very well attached by shiny staples. An old price is written at the top of the inside front cover. Small notes written on pages i, 6-8, and 6-9, have been covered by small pieces of self-adhesive postage label for aesthetics. Tiny pen marks are found on page 6-10, and a few small dots are found in the Weight and Balance envelope on page 6-11. All shown in the photos. There is light patina throughout as you might expect of a manual of this vintage. That is it. The book is otherwise pristine inside with no other writing or markings, no highlighting, no torn or loose or missing pages. The corners are sharp, and the book lays flat. See the photos. Only lightly used, and ready to go again. It's still in nice shape, especially for a 46 year old manual. Always check for revisions, supplements, and updates with vintage manuals.
