Nice rebuilt motor for Polaris 800 snowmobiles. This will work on PRO RIDE CHASSIS ONLY, starting in 2013 and going through 2016. For example, some assaults and RMKs were still pro ride chassis in 2016. However, this will not work with any Axys chassis sleds. If your cylinder has the part number 3022449, you’re good to go. Rebuild process included:

-bottom end split and inspected

-crank measured to have minimal runout

-new SPI pistons, ring end gap measured and set to spec

-new remanufactured cylinders from Millennium Tech

-new top end gaskets
