This listing one plastic envelope/sleeve/pouch to hold paperwork or whatever you want related to your vehicle
This sleeve is made of clear plastic
The sleeves are similar to the one picture - they are in fantastic condition considering theirs age -- looks like it has never been used
there are some minor scratches, dents, etc. that you would expect for a plastic envelope of this age
The pictures on the white background are on a 1"x1" grid
The pictures on the black background are to give you a better idea of what the item looks like
The sleeve has the numbers 3-19-68 in one corner which I presume is an issue date
next to the date is 'PART NUMBER 3950779' which I presume is the original GM part number for the sleeve
The sleeve measures overall 9.625 inches wide.
the pouch is about 6 inches deep with a flap that measures about 2.875 inches -- the flap can be folded into the pouch portion
The plastic is about 0.0045 inches thick (0.11mm) - sounds thin but this feels like a thick plastic to me

I will sandwich this sleeve between sheets of cardboard and place in a poly mailer for shipping
