Cessna engine inlet cowl plugs - bird stuffers.  They were used on an early 1970s Cessna 182 Skylane, Model P.

Heavy vinyl with zipper.  They are joined by a nylon strap, and have red flags. Used cowl plugs, made by Bruce's Custom Covers.  Old number is embroidered.
