Dispatch & Delivery times
We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day. In most cases, items are sent within 1-2 working days after the receipt of payment. Delivery is normally the next day for most spares. However, larger/heavier parts such as used engines and used gearboxes can take longer.
PLEASE NOTE We will dispatch all orders placed before 10am the very same day. The cut-off time for the next day delivery is 10am. So, orders placed after 10am will be processed the following working day, adding 1 working day to the delivery service. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude Bank/ Public Holidays.
Delivery of bulky Items
We do not offer free shipping for bulky items. The following spare parts are considered bulky items: -
PLEASE NOTE: We use various shipping services depending on the weight and size of the items. Our shipping service choice is based on the best shipping cost with the fastest delivery time for our customers.
No deliveries will be made on Bank/ Public Holidays or Saturday and Sundays
No deliveries can be made on Bank/ Public Holidays. Any deliveries scheduled to arrive at a Bank/Public Holiday will be delivered the following working day. In addition, our warehouse is closed on Bank/ Public Holidays, so orders placed on a Bank/ Public Holiday will not be dispatched until the following working day. Also, most delivery companies do not work on weekends, so the orders made on those days do not get shipped until Monday.
Failures in the work of delivery companies
Shipping times depend heavily on delivery services. Festive days, bank holidays, and also weather conditions all influence shipping speeds. Unfortunately, we do not have full control over delivery times. Unforeseen contingencies may disrupt the operation of shipping companies, resulting in delays. Another thing to keep in mind is that most shipping companies do not work on weekends and festive days.
PLEASE NOTE: that we will do everything we can to meet the delivery times. However, they may be affected by factors outside of our control and can't be guaranteed. We will endeavour to let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
Returns and Refunds Policy
As much as we would like you to be happy with your purchase, we know sometimes you may need to return items that you no longer need, faulty or aren?t quite right for your vehicle. In any case, we are more than happy to offer a refund, up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Once we receive the spare part back from you, it will be thoroughly examined. If it meets the above-mentioned requirements, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery in most cases.
PLEASE NOTE: that we will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
