Q: How do I place an order?

A: You can place the order like you normally would. Just send us a message after you check-out with the Year, Make, Model, Body Type and Shade % of your vehicle.

Q: Will the tint pieces be weeded/have its surrounding scrap material removed?

A: Yes, each piece will have its immediate surrounding area weeded for ease of installation. 

Q: What if my order arrives damaged? 

A: If your order arrives damaged, do not attempt to install the product. Please contact us and we will have it replaced once we verify the damage. 

Q: Is an installation kit included?  

A: Installation kit is not included. We have an installation kit available for sale in our store. 

Q: How do I install this? Is it suitable for DIY?

A: We include a written installation guide with every order. You can watch video tutorials online to get a visual understanding of the installation. Many customers are first time DIY'ers.

Q: Is the tinting windows against the law in my state or province?

A: You will need to refer to your own state or province laws to determine the legal limit accepted in your place of residence. 

Q: What does the warranty protect against?

A: The warranty will cover issues found in the film such as fading, cracking, bubbling etc. Installer error is not covered. 

Q: If I screw up a piece, can I order just that window?

A: Certainly! Just sent us a message and we can assist with the purchase of what you need.
