They wheels were removed from a 2021 Keystone Montana 5th wheel RV.  The tires are included, however they are worn more than I prefer and were manufactured in 2020. The wheels themselves are starting to show damage of the clear coat.  I've provided close up images so the damage can be seen.  Tredit tire and wheel is the manufacture and I've been told these wheels have been discontinued.
