We guarantee fast processing of your orders and all products will be delivered safely. You can select a preferred shipping method. We ship products anywhere in the United States and abroad. Delivery dates are based on the following: destination, shipping method, and item(s) availability. We compute the shipping rates based on the total dollar amount of your order (applicable sales tax are excluded).
International shipping are not available in some products, so please submit a message via eBay if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

- All Expedited Shipped Orders will ship same day, if order is placed prior to 2PM PST.
- Most orders will be shipped the next business day.
- However, on occasion, depending on volume and the time your order is received, PST Pool Supplies may complete your order on the same day.
- This policy also applies to all FEDEX and UPS orders.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method.
- Refunds are typically processed on eligible returns with 1 to 2 business days after receiving the product in our warehouse and are issued back to the same account used to make the purchase.
- Your bank or card issuer typically takes between 2 to 7 days to post it on your account.
- Customers are responsible for all actual shipping, packaging and handling charges and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our return/refund policy. This includes, refused, not accepted and non-deliverable items returned to us by the shipping carrier because the address provided isn't a address that the product can be delivered to by them.
- If you are returning an item using a return label provided by Pro Pet Stop and the return is not a result of our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Products that are non-returnable or that do not comply with our return/refund policy will not be issued a refund.
- Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or any other fees.
