Description

Tire Groover Machine

It is a special machine for processing tire surfaces, which can engrave all kinds of U-shaped patterns, V-shaped patterns, linear patterns, etc. to enhance the friction between the tires and the ground to make the vehicle safer to drive.  With high precision, high efficiency, high flexibility, and easy operation and maintenance, this machine is widely used in automobile manufacturing, modification, and car shows.

Precise Cutting: The machine is equipped with high-precision cutting tools, which can achieve high-quality tire carving and grooving. It can engrave patterns of 9-14mm in depth and 2-14mm in width on the rubber surface.

Blade Heating System: It comes with a blade heating function that heats the blade to soften the rubber surface and make it easier to cut. This ensures that the tires are carved with a finer and more beautiful pattern effect. At the same time, the heating system can also extend the service life of the blades, reduce the frequency of replacement and lower the cost of use.

Intelligent Temperature Adjustment: The value of temperature will be displayed directly on the panel, and the machine will keep a constant temperature at the desired value by itself after setting the temperature, and it also supports you adjusting the working temperature independently to meet your actual needs.

Application

It has a wide range of applications and can be used to engrave and groove automotive tires, including racing tires, truck tires, motorcycle tires, go-kart tires, ATV tires, industrial tires, etc.

Notes: 

• Please place the machine in a stable place.
• Please clean the steel wires and stones on the tire before use to avoid burning the blade.
• Please check that the power supply meets the standard voltage of the machine before use, and use a standard reliable AC grounded outlet.
• When unplugging, you must hold the plug, do not grab the power cord and pull it. Also, do not place heavy objects on the power cord to prevent squeezing and damaging the power cord. Do not operate with wet hands when plugging in or unplugging. Do not plug or unplug the power cord in places where there is a gas leak.
• If the power cord is damaged, to avoid danger, it must be replaced by the production plant, maintenance department, or similar professionals.
• Normally, the pulse power cord may get hot while the machine is in operation.
• When using the blade, do not dry burn. Do not let the blade burn red when using, otherwise, the blade will be easily damaged.
• The engraving depth and the depth of the exposed part of the fixed blade must be the same.
• When installing the blade, the contact points of the copper heads of the two clamping blades must not be connected, otherwise, the main machine may be damaged.
• Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
