Our hose insert is designed to insert both the fan switch and temperature sensor into the cooling system on a K swapped vehicle. The adapter is threaded, so both OEM sensors from your stock engine can be easily swapped over. This allows your cluster temp gauge to read properly, and your radiator fan to kick on at the correct temperature.

For the OEM sensors to get a correct reading, they need to have a good ground. The MPC Hose Insert features a threaded grounding post, so that a ground line can be run from it to the chassis to ensure proper function.

Without our hose insert, you would have to drill and tap your engine/radiator for proper installation of these sensors.

Our Hose Inserts are constructed from certified T6 Heat treated Billet Aluminum, and machined on our state-of-the-art CNC machines. Precise tolerances are held, to ensure perfect fitment and durability. Once off our machines, they are given an anodize treatment for a sleek and durable finish. Our logo is then laser etched for a finishing touch.

Corrosion builds up on your temperature sensors, leading to incorrect readings that can cause serious over heating issues.

Our sealing and anodizing process keeps the aluminum from direct contact with coolant, virtually eliminating galvanic corrosion.
