Welcome to the Forward Powersports eBay store!
To make your purchase as simple and easy as possible, please refer to the store policies listed below.  By committing to purchase an item from us, you are agreeing to all policies detailed below.  If you have any questions about a policy, please contact us through the eBay message system.  You can use the "Contact Seller" link near the top right of every listing.


Payment

Payment is due upon purchase. We participate in eBay's managed payment option and accept all payments that eBay accepts.


  Sales Tax

Due to Supreme Court rulings, eBay will collect the appropriate amount of sales tax based on the state you purchased from.



Shipping

Handling Time: Currently, orders paid by noon central time, Monday-Friday, are shipping the same business day.

Address Verification: All ship-to addresses are taken from eBay, so please verify that your shipping address is correct before you complete payment. We will ship to the address in the eBay transaction only, and cannot change it once a transaction is paid for - no exceptions. Buyer is responsible for entering and confirming the correct address during checkout. We ship many orders with the U.S. Post Office. If you have a PO Box, please include the PO BOX address and a street address when you check out.

International Buyers: All of our international orders are shipped with eBay's Global Shipping Program only

Customer Pickup: We do maintain a retail location but it does not stock our entire inventory. We are not set up for customer pick up of online orders but do welcome you to visit our retail store. Store is open 9am – 12pm M-F and is closed major holidays.

Tracking Numbers:  Tracking info will be available in your eBay transaction details, it may take up to 24 hours after item is marked "shipped" for tracking info to appear.  Tracking info is not always updated by the carrier at every stage of shipment, please be patient - if the tracking number appears, the item has been shipped.

 


Customer Service


Returns:
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns. Please email us through the eBay system to obtain a RMA number. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless item was shipped in error by seller or is defective. Any item returned to us in non-brand new condition and/or not in original packaging (ready to sell) is subject to a restocking fee. Any return is subject to refusal if the item is damaged beyond usable condition. We do not do "exchanges" - you can return the incorrect item (you must obtain a RMA number to do so) and will be refunded according to our return policy for it. You can then purchase the correct item at any time.

Emails: Please contact us using the eBay message system only, this is a requirement of eBay and ensures we will see your message.  Every effort is made to answer all questions within (1) business day – we are closed evenings, holidays and on weekends.  Any question sent during those times will be answered during the next business day.

Feedback: We value our feedback rating tremendously as it helps determine customer satisfaction. Our feedback is left automatically after we receive it because we don't consider the transaction complete until our buyers have received their order and are satisfied. If you feel the need to leave anything other than positive feedback, please contact us first.  We will try to resolve any issues, but we can’t rectify a problem if we are not aware of it.

Warranty:  Some items are covered by a warranty. Please contact us with any questions about a warranty on a particular item.  Most are manufacturer's warranties and must be handled directly through the manufacturer.
