I believe this to be a 1927 or 1928 Cadillac gas tank cover - but do your homework as I am not an expert on these years,.  I can deliver it to Hershey on Oct 8th.  Otherwise, shipping can be arranged at cost.  VERY RARE and hard to find piece in this condition.
