Returns
We offer a free 30 day return policy for defective & items not as described only.
We offer 30 day returns at buyers expense.
Any item that has been opened will be subject to a 50% loss of value fee in accordance with eBay policy.
Items being returned in the same condition in which they were shipped will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If the listing states "NO RETURNS" then no returns will be accepted.
Returned items will go through our extensive return inspection process which includes verifying that the returned item is indeed the item that was shipped to you along with full functionality testing.
If you claim that an item is defective & it is found to be in proper working order, the same deductions stated above will be enforced.
