For Scottish Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Ireland, Northern Ireland (including BT postcodes), Channel Islands, IOM and overseas please contact us for a quote before purchasing because there will be additional postage charges.  We will not dispatch until these additional charges have been paid.

Once bought please email with your contact phone number for delivery purposes Item comes with a 30 day warranty. All parts are stamped & removal of the marks will invalidate your warranty.  Please inspect all goods before signing to ensure the item has not been damaged in transit. If the courier refuses simply write DAMAGED and then sign. This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company. If goods prove to be damaged do not sign & contact SOUTH EAST AUTO PARTS immediately. In the event that a part is supplied and proven to be incorrect or faulty, SOUTH EAST AUTOPARTS must be notified within 48 hours. Collection can then be arranged; if a replacement is not available then a full refund will be offered but we cannot cover labour.

In the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer had made an error, SOUTH EAST AUTO PARTS must be contacted immediately and the part returned to us within 7 days at the cost of the customer. Delivery will not be refunded and a 20% fee will then be charged. We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque. All items are packed to the highest standard possible, please check items before signing for them. We try to dispatch items the same day if ordered before 1pm unless we contact you to state other wise. Most parts are dispatched the next working day.
