The gentleman I got this from said it was fully functional when he took it off his Nova and converted it to fuel injection I do not know if his statement is true that it is fully functional and ready for installation, that is hearsay. This is being sold as is please refer to photographs hopefully a better description. Because I have no way of testing it. The center screw for the air filter containment will be removed for shipping safety
