Boat part number 1113926 is a new SeaTalk NG spur cable from Raymarine, part number A06039 . Commonly used on Safe Boats, part number ELTR1961 , but may be used on other boats.

SeaTalk NG Spur cables are used to join individual instruments, sensors or displays to the backbone. The white connectors on each cable fit into white spur connectors found in backbone T-connectors and 5-way connectors and provide a secure, water resistant connection. It measures approximately 1m per manufacturer, and has (2) 6-pin female connections.
