Return Policy:

30 DAYS REFUND - FREE SHIPPING

Any item can be returned within 30 days of shipment as long as it has not been installed or modified in any way. Returned products cannot be used or damaged. Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods, unless the error was made by us. Expedited shipping charges beyond normal ground delivery including but not limited to 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are non-refundable and available by request or appointment. On exchange, defective products or replacement as a consequence of our error a shipping label will be provided.


Missing Shipments: 

On rare occasions, packages may become lost or misdirected during the shipping process. If the package has not shown any movement after seven (7) business days, and you think your package has been lost in transit, contact us (link to contact us page) and we will file a trace with the shipping company. We need to give the carrier time to locate and deliver your package. Missing packages shipping to an APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not considered lost by the Military Postal Service until 60 days after shipping. If your package shows delivered, please check around your house, with your neighbors and with the front desk where applicable.
