Off a 1987 Evinrude 9.9 HP MODEL E10ELCUE

The tilt pin is pretty stuck in place.  It's heavy rusted and is not budging so it will either need to be left where it is or it will take some effort to remove it

Rest of the assembly is nice and clean, as photos show.  Moves up and down nice and smooth

Diagram shows this will fit 1983 to 1989......may fit motors into the 1970's as well, PLEASE reference part numbers and review all photos to make sure it will fit your motor
