Parts are guaranteed against defect and fitment unless the listing specifies that the sale is as-is. Warranty coverage is found in the listing under 'returns' and custom body cuts are sold as-is with no returns, exchanges or refunds. Check the 'conditions and options' line of the listing to see special warranty coverage on engines and transmissions. Ask us for details on extended warranty coverage. All parts we sell are for US market vehicles only unless otherwise specified in the listing. Parts for US market vehicles may not fit vehicles for overseas or international markets. Verification of fitment based on OEM part number is highly recommended. We do not have the ability to verify fitment on international market vehicles, so if you purchase something for an international market vehicle we will assume that you've done your homework to verify fitment prior to ordering. Returns for US market parts not fitting international market vehicles are subject to 25% restocking and deduction for original shipping charges up to 50% of original purchase price.
ENGINES, TRANSMISSIONS, REAR AXLES, FRONT AXLES, AND TRANSFER CASES ARE SHIPPED WITHOUT FLUIDS IN THEM. AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS WILL HAVE THE FILTER REMOVED AND IT MUST HAVE A NEW FILTER INSTALLED WITH NEW FLUID TO FUNCTION. OUR FIRST QUESTION IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A TRANSMISSION IS WHETHER YOU PUT A FILTER IN.
YOU MUST INSTALL A FILTER AND FLUID IN AN AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FOR IT TO FUNCTION AND THE TORQUE CONVERTER MUST BE ALIGNED TO THE PUMP DURING INSTALLATION. DAMAGE CAUSED BY FAILURE TO INSTALL A FILTER, FLUID, OR ALIGN A TORQUE CONVERTER IS NOT COVERED BY OUR WARRANTY AND YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND IN THE EVENT OF A TRANSMISSION BEING DAMAGED DURING INSTALLATION.
While we offer free shipping on many of our parts, we still have to pay for shipping the part to you. Any parts ordered incorrectly or damaged during installation are subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction for original cost of shipping up to 50% of the original cost of the item. Freight shipping on larger items can run in to hundreds of dollars, so please contact us with any questions about details of the part or fitment prior to ordering.
In the listing you will see a line for 'PARTS GRADING'
We use a third-party listing software that adds a part grade automatically based on the age and mileage of the vehicle. The "parts grading' line is NOT the condition of the part. Part condition will be in the 'CONDITIONS AND OPTIONS' line of the listing. Be sure to look at the 'CONDITIONS AND OPTIONS' line of the listing to see details on parts condition. If you do not see clear photos of the part, please do not make assumptions about its condition. We are more than happy to provide clear photos of parts and describe its condition to the best of our ability prior to the sale so you know exactly what you're getting. ASK QUESTIONS if you have any confusion about the 'PARTS GRADING' line not being the condition of the part.
Undercar, suspension, engines, and driveline components from older vehicles will be rusty. We are in the great state of Michigan and we use road salt in the winter months. Road salt corrodes metal components and the amount of rust on some undercar components may be surprising to some buyers outside of the rust belt. Ask for photos of parts if you're at all concerned with rust. We would never send out a part that is unsafe for use. Surface rust is completely normal here, but it may not be normal for your area. ASK QUESTIONS about rust prior to ordering.
BODY PANEL AND INTERIOR COLOR
One model of vehicle may have several paint codes and interior trim codes that correspond with one base color. If you're ordering a body panel or interior part for a color match to your vehicle, be sure to reach out to us with your paint code or interior trim code so we can verify paint or interior color prior to shipping. Please do not make assumptions without verifying paint code or interior trim code on the body panel or interior component if you're ordering for a color match. Often times the paint code and interior trim code on your vehicle can be found easily, and we are more than happy to assist with finding your paint code or interior trim code so we are on the same page about what color the parts are. If you do not verify a paint code or interior trim code on the part prior to the sale, we will assume that you've already found the pant code based on photos or VIN and we will ship what you order.
