Engine has been completely gone through, was very nice to start with, just needed freshening up. Original crank and bearings in excellent condition, original trans was inspected and new OEM forks, pins and keepers installed to the 4-down shift drum, clutch was inspected, cleaned, new OEM discs installed along with pilot bearing and oil thru actuator pin. Cylinder is original 47mm with light hone, piston is original Honda/Art with new OEM ring set installed. Head is original E10, seats were dressed with a stone, new quality valves lap checked and light checked. Stator has been rebuilt with correct CHP kit. Original spark advance flywheel cleaned and works as should. Timing has been light set to F mark, vales cold set to .003, clutch set to free play may need tweaking during break-in.
I'm a long time small Honda hobby guy that got old. kept my two favorite bike builds and a few favorite engines. No new builds in my future, I'm done, this is the last engine from my collection.
