78-85 Honda Atc 70 gas tank

The tank needs restoration before use. Has a dent in the top corner as shown in the pictures. Needs the inside cleaned. It looks like someone repainted it, but I’m not positive but that’s definitely a string possibility. Please look at the pictures for condition. Any questions please ask.
