If you are unhappy with your purchase or our customer service, please contact us before leaving feedback. We promise that we do our best, but occasionally we miss a defect or make an error. We appreciate the opportunity to make it right.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me quickly so we can sort things out. Your item must still be in sellable condition and have all tags and stickers shown in pictures for full refund. Please ask me if you have any questions. Thank you! Also, I don't leave feedback until the return window passes - unless you leave feedback first. Then I'm happy to gush about what a great buyer you (hopefully) are!
Shipping
We do offer combined shipping. Please contact us with the items you would like to purchase and we will be able to provide a shipping quote.
We ship orders within 1 business day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday). If you need an expedited shipping option, please let us know before purchase. There is an additional fee for expedited shipping.
Returns
Unless otherwise specified, we offer returns for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Shipping fees are paid by the buyer and the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Returns will only be accepted if initiated through the eBay return process. Returned items must be in the same condition as stated in the listing. If the item was new with tags, it should be returned with all tags attached.
