4-2-1 Steel Tri-Y Exhaust Headers with Adapters (THY-364Y-C) by Doug Thorley Headers®. Primary Tubing Diameter: 1.625". Collector Outlet Diameter: 2.5". Header Coating: Silver Ceramic. Backed by over 50 years of knowledge and experience, Doug's headers are designed to outflow your stock exhaust manifolds by leaps and bounds. Tri-Y (or 4 into 2 into 1) style headers by design will increase the power of your motor across the widest RPM band possible. That is the beauty of the design, and that is why they are the best street header available. To make these headers last, Doug's built them using industry leading 14-gauge mild steel tubing with 3/8" thick flanges. To top all of that off, all of Doug's headers come beautifully ceramic coated to greatly reduce under-hood temperatures and protect the headers from the environment. All 100% American made, and backed by Doug's lifetime warranty of course! Unless otherwise noted, these headers are designed to fit the vehicle as it came from the manufacturer. This includes components like cylinder heads, chassis, steering, motor mounts, body mounts and bushings, etc. If your vehicle is using aftermarket components, parts from other applications, or custom altered parts, then it is the installer's responsibility to verify fitment. 30-Day Return Policy

We accept authorized returns within 30 calendar days from the date the product was received by the buyer. All returns must be preapproved and have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning. All authorized returns must be unused and in their original packaging, including all items and components that were included in the original package. We will not accept items that have been disassembled, mounted, modified, or damaged due to incorrect installation or user error.


If your shipment arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please repackage the item in the original shipping container and refer to our Return Procedure. Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. If you receive missing, damaged, or incorrect parts, please contact us immediately and provide pictures so we can assist you in processing a return for replacement or refund. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 calendar days for all products, regardless of the party at fault. Shop Tucky’s will not be held responsible for installation or labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses, or rental car expenses caused by using the wrong or defective part during installation.
