Unit comes complete with PNH Torque Converter.

While it may extend the turn around time, the option to save the core charge by shipping your transmission to us and we can rebuild your original Techm (transmission computer) this saves the added step of having it programmed and potential compatibility problems. 

We highly recommend either flushing/cleaning Transmission lines or installing new cooler lines and/or adding external cooler to ensure no dirt or debris contaminates the new unit.

WARRANTY: 3yrs/100k mile Warranty. Covers parts only. Warranties are tracked by serial number issued to unit and subject to inspection. We proudly stand by our work and are available to help with any trouble shooting and or warranty if ever needed. Contact us before removing the unit and be sure to follow our procedure to process any issues. 

SHIPPING: Handling time 1-3 business days, subject to time of day ordered and freight pickup. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving shipment if any problems or damages occurred during shipping. 

RETURNS: Within 30 days of delivery. Freight charges are non-refundable. Must be in same condition and packaging that left our facility. Refund dependent upon inspection, if unit has been installed, no refund will be issued. Contact us directly prior to returning to avoid any issues.

CORE CHARGE: A Core charge of $750 extra. Core must be rebuildable, meaning complete with torque converter and not disassembled and/or missing any parts. Core must be returned within 30 days. After inspection Core charge of $750 will be returned.
