Payment

We accept PayPal payment. If you choose other payment mode, please contact us by email.

Usually we have 5 days to process after you placed an order and we received your payment, and send ship the goods within 5 days, if you don't get the tracking number after 3 days, please contact us by email.

 We ship to the approved address for PayPal payments. We only accept address in English. Please ensure that the payment address is correct in PayPal.

If you choose an Economic Shipping. We usually ship it to you by e-Packet. Delivery is any day from 11-31 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

If you choose Expedited Shipping. We usually ship it to you by DHL,TNT, UPS, FEDEX, or EMS. Delivery is any day from 5-7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays)

We understand that you sometimes need to return or exchange goods. If the product you received is not the one you needed, pleas send us a right photo and contact us directly; the photo must be clear. Logistics claims receipt of the product must be submitted within 15 days. If it is more than 15 days, we will no longer provide return service.
