Vintage EMPI accessory steering wheel for VW.

I believe this dates to the 1960's. The diameter is about 15 and 3/4 inches. 

The rim is plastic with a simulated wood grain finish. A narrow crack near the top.

Very roughly about 50% of the original finish remains 

and about 50% of the finish has been worn through.

There are no cuts, scrapes, dents, or cigarette burns on the rim.

The horn ring works good. Some light pitting on the upper half.

There is some damage to the plastic wire covers on the back.

This is an original wheel with no restoration.
