All of our parts carry a 60 day hassle free warranty. If for any reason you have problems with your item, please let us know right away. We will be more than happy to issue a refund or exchange the part (exchange is only available if we have the item in stock, if we do not have the part to exchange, we will give you a full refund credited through PayPal).

All of our parts have been tested and are in good working condition. If there are any issues with the part for sale, we will do our best to disclose this to you in the part description. Please keep in mind that all of our parts are used so normal wear may be applicable. Any excessive wear will be disclosed in the part description. Please take time to look at the pictures carefully to make sure the part you are purchasing matches your part and the part quality you are looking for.

To return an item for credit, you must contact us using the eBay message feature within 60 days of receiving the part.

All shipping will be done using FedEx Ground unless otherwise noted (if you live in the following states WI-IL-MN-IA-ND-SD, we utilize a different company within these states, shipping may be less). Please email us for a quote. We try to keep our shipping rates as competitive as possible, if you have any questions or concerns about shipping please contact us before purchasing.

If you wish to pick up the item in person, there is NO extra charge, just let us know so we don't ship the part out.

If you live outside of the lower 48 please contact us for a shipping quote. We do to ship to AK and HI, but rates are higher for these states.

If you would like the item shipped to an international destination, please contact us for a shipping quote and we will do our best to keep prices competitive.

All items purchased during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8-5 CDT) will be shipped within 24 hours. If you make a purchase on the weekend, your item will ship on Monday of the new week.

Availability

If you cannot find a part in the store you are lookikng for, please contact us and we will let you know availability of the part and the price. Due to high demand, short supply, or human error, occasionally we may be out of stock on an item. If this happens, we will contact you immediately and offer you the option of waiting for the part to come in stock or a full refund.

We accept immediate payment using a credit card via PayPal only.

Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to the state of Wisconsin.

Core Charge. Core is an acronym for ‘Cash On Return’. A core charge is sometimes applied to rebuildable parts such as engines or alternators that can be redeemed for a portion of their original price. If the part you are purchasing has a core charge applied, it will be noted in the description.

Parts Grading. A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.
