Warranty, Support & Policies

The warranty will only cover the item. We, nor the manufacturer, are not liable for any damage resulting from misuse, installation, or incidental damage that may arise from using the product. The warranty is from the manufacturer only and we abide by their time limit specified in this listing. Should the manufacturer discontinue the product, the warranty will become void. Most item instructions are not included nor are they available, however please review any web based material for additional assistance. We sell DIY (Do It Yourself) items. Most of our products are direct from distributors are intended for jobber purpose, so they may not come with instruction manual. A professional mechanic is recommended for installation. This can avoid many problems that can often be found with an inexperienced installer of aftermarket products. We highly recommend professional installation. We take no responsibility in teaching you how to install the item, fees that may be charged by your car shop, or compensation for any items broken during installation.

The products we sell are made to fit OEM specifications; however, there may be slight gaps. If the vehicle has had collision damage, the chances of improper fitment increase. Vehicles with poor body frame alignment and or flex will also be more likely to have fitment gaps. Please refer to certified professional for installation for the best fitment.

Note: When headlights or tail lights are not installed properly, condensation is possible. Condensation indicates that your light assembly does not have an airtight seal. This is even more likely when living in extreme temperature changing climates. Any brand or even OEM replacement headlights or tail lights are susceptible to condensation if the item is improperly installed. Please make sure all sockets are tightly fastened and all O-rings/rubber gaskets are in good condition. Bad O-rings or rubber gaskets on your factory sockets can cause moisture. If you happen to have moisture buildup in your lights, please try the following. Remove your lights from the vehicle and set out in the sun or in a dry area. Wait until the condensation has fully evaporated and reseal around the seams with a clear silicone sealant on the assembly and replace any worn down O-rings or rubber gaskets. This should alleviate the condensation issue.

Shipping and Handling
IMPORT DUTY TAXES USUALLY APPLY TO NON-US BUYERS. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS.
Winning bid agrees to pay the shipping rates listed in this auction according to their location. Please be advised that shipping to locations other than the continental U.S. will take longer and be more costly than normal ground shipments.
Should free shipping be listed, that will only apply to the lower 48 states. Any other location will not be free.

*Matrix Racing operates 5 days a week to process your order except holidays. All estimated transit times are assuming receiving proper buyer information and availability of stock. Orders going outside the continental US ship via our discretion, we may be through UPS or USPS.
Order Status: When inquiring about the shipping status of your order please allow the appropriate amount of time after payment is made or sent. Due to auction volumes, we ask that US ground order customers allow 7-10 business days to receive their item.

Terms & Conditions |

1. Payment for item must be received no later than 10 days after the end of auction. If special arrangements need to be made, please contact us immediately. We cannot ship this to a PO Box, so please provide a confirmed physical address.
2. We do our best to accurately describe the item for sale. However, we are not responsible for any typographical errors that may appear in auction descriptions. Please verify all specifications on this item yourself prior to bidding to guarantee you receive the exact item you have in mind. Please email us if you notice a discrepancy between the item description, picture, or title.
3. If the item stated as brand new is found defective on arrival or incorrect item was shipped, buyer understands that the product will be repaired or replaced at seller's discretion, and be given a reasonable amount of time. We will help our customers to file UPS claims and we will resend items to customers after we successfully received the claims from UPS. All presumed defective or wrong items must obtain authorization before returning. Please email us if you found any problems with your items; we will work with you to solve any problems.
4 . Shipping and handling fees are not negotiable if shipping is not free. Shipping fees include insurance for domestic ground shipments. Pickup is not possible on eBay listed items.
5. Customer must pay for full shipping and handling both ways on items that are defective or warranty returns. We are selling at a discount and these costs are not built in. In the case of damaged in shipping, we will file a claim and you will need to provide us pictures. If you are unable to provide pictures, you will need to pay to ship it back.
Due to the nature of aftermarket parts, we cannot guarantee 100% fitment of all vehicles. Some manufacturers make the same car or truck and can change the part slightly on certain trims/versions. Vehicles with poor body frame alignment and or flex will also be more likely to have fitment gaps. We guarantee fitment gap, if any, are no more than 1/3" wide on each side.
