Here is how we measurement the handlebar: (you may have other methods in mind, but this is the only method we follow. understand how we measure the bar, will help you to choose the correct bar and avoid return) :

Rise = how high the bars are from top to bottom (not include the tube portion)

Width = end to end measurement

Pull Back = how far bars come back toward rider

Center = mounting area (actual bent to bent is wider)

Buyer must email us to obtain a return authorization and instruction, return is only allowed within 7 days of receipt of the package. Item must be in original packaging and unused condition in order to be qualified for return. Return shipping fee will be at the cost of the buyer, shipping fee is non-refundable.;For free shipping item, the actual shipping cost will be determined by the seller and deducted from the product price.
Refund will be issued at the same form of your payment.
When return, in order to speed up your refund process: please make sure to follow the guidelines:
 1.Please use same packing material (or equivalent packing material) to send the item back. If item has been used or altered, or damaged due to insufficient packing material, your return will be denied.  
2. please include original packing slip.
3.please email us to obtain the return address, don't return the item to the ship from address on your shipping label, it will cause delay process of your refund.
