 WHAT IS RECERTIFIED?
Electronic products are returned for a variety of reasons, many of which are not related to an item's ability to function properly. Such items are no longer sold as "new" and are sold as "recertified". The following are examples of products considered "recertified".
  • Most major retail superstores offer a 30-day money back guarantee on their products and there are those consumers that just simply take advantage of that.
  • Items where the box was damaged in shipment.
  • The item was returned because of a slight defect. The defective part was replaced, tested and then repackaged.
  • The item was returned because of a minor cosmetic blemish on the casing that was corrected.
  • Demonstration units.
  • The box was simply opened.
  • Brand new overstocked items are also labeled factory recertified.
  • The item has been inspected thoroughly, restored to original specifications (if needed), tested and repackaged for resale.

RETURN POLICY
This is an Auction - All Sales are Final unless they are found to be damaged or defective. We must be notified of the situation within 3 days of your receipt. All Returned Products found to be non-defective upon inspection will be subject to a 20% service fee + return shipping charge. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. Under NO circumstances will any shipping and processing fees be refunded.

TAXES
All orders placed in FL and WA are subject to sales tax.


PAYMENTS
We have partnered with Paypal as our exclusive online payment processor. We have made arrangement whereas a Paypal account is not required to pay for goods. You can use most credit and debit cards using our Paypal checkout system. Payment must be received within 7 days of close of auction. Product availability is not guaranteed after 7 days. If you, for some reason, can not pay within 7 days, please notify us of your situation. If after 7 days we have not received payment without notification, we will file for a non-paying buyer notification, and we will resell the item. We reserve the right to void the auction in the case of late bid withdrawals.

SHIPPING
Domestic Shipping: All auctions shipping to the Continental USA will be shipped using UPS Ground Service. Your individual shipping and handling rate is calculable within the auction. A Tracking Number will be emailed to you when the shipment is processed with UPS.
International Shipping: International orders will be shipped via Priority International United States Postal Service. Your individual shipping and handling rate is calculable within the auction. This shipping service is chosen to ensure our International customers receive their product(s) in a safe, timely method. Any additional Customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
