Payment: PayPal is preferred but we also accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.   Please note that we will only ship to the billing address on the credit card or the confirmed PayPal address - no exceptions!  Cash on pickup is also available.

Availability: All wheels are built to order and will be shipped within 3 working days of payment.  All wheels are tested before shipping, if for any reason a wheel does not pass our inspection - the buyer will receive a 100% refund, including shipping.

Returns: You may return this item for any reason within 7 days of receipt.  Item must be in new and sellable condition.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Warranty: One year unconditional warranty.  The chrome finish on your Arlen Ness wheel is of the highest quality, but to ensure its longevity it must be maintained properly.  Salt, sand and humidity are bad for chrome.  If you ride the motorcycle in these conditions and do not clean and dry your chrome wheels properly, the life of the chrome will be shortened.  Do not use any abrasive cleaners or waxes.  Arlen Ness reserves the right to determine if the wheel has been maintained properly and has not been abused.  You may return the wheel to Arlen Ness within one year of the invoice date and if upon inspection it is found to be defective, we will replace it OR at our option re-chrome it.
